Refund policy
As required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Customers who qualify as Consumers (i.e., natural persons purchasing Products for purposes not related to their professional activity, and without providing a VAT number in the order form) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from receipt of the purchased Products, without penalty and without the need to provide any reason.
How to request a return
To exercise this right, Customers must:

Submit a return request directly from their personal account page:

- Click on the profile icon in the store navigation
- Log in with your email address and verification code
- Select the order and the item(s) to return
- Indicate the reason for the return and add an optional note
- Click on Request Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and authorization.
Alternatively, you may send an explicit written notice by email within 14 working days from receipt of the goods to: customercare@amazuin.com.
Return shipping & deadlines
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The package must be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of the return authorization.
- Customers are required to use a courier or postal service with tracking and to send the tracking number by email to Customer Care.
- Returns shipped after the 5-day deadline, or without prior communication of the tracking number, will not be accepted. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the package will need to be collected at the customer’s expense.
- The Seller is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned through uninsured shipments.
Conditions for acceptance
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their hygienic protection intact.
- Products must be carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and identification tags.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned Products, the Seller will refund:
- The purchase price of the returned Product(s)
- The original shipping costs paid by the Customer (excluding any additional costs chosen by the Customer for non-standard delivery methods)
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the Seller receives notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
Please note:
- For returns from Extra-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
