Yes, there are conditions attached.

1. The items must be correctly packaged in their original packaging, without signs of use (not damaged or dirty) equipped with all accessories, tags and warranty seals still attached, adhesive hygiene protections for swimsuits and related documentation.
2. These elements constitute an integral part of the goods and a mandatory condition for return.
3. In the event that the returned items do not comply with our return policy and in any case are in a state that does not allow resale, we reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request by giving appropriate notice.
4. Following this communication, the consumer will be able to regain the products in the state in which they were returned at his own expense.
