Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Italy will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Europe deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 days. Instead, Extra-Europe deliveries can take 5-9 days.

Shipping within Italy is charged €7 for orders under €200. In contrast, shipping is free for orders over 200€.

Certainly. You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note all final sale items including items purchased with discount code are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Yes, there are conditions attached.
- The items must be correctly packaged in their original packaging, without signs of use (not damaged or dirty) equipped with all accessories, tags and warranty seals still attached, adhesive hygiene protections for swimsuits and related documentation.
- These elements constitute an integral part of the goods and a mandatory condition for return.
- In the event that the returned items do not comply with our return policy and in any case are in a state that does not allow resale, we reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request by giving appropriate notice.
- Following this communication, the consumer will be able to regain the products in the state in which they were returned at his own expense.
To submit a return request you can do so through your account, by sending a request through the contact form or by writing to customercare@amazuin.com with your information and order number.

- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you wish to submit a return
- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- Click on Request Return.
- If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and approvation. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
