Orders placed from Extra-Eu countries are subject to the payment of customs duties and taxes.
This costs are collected at the time of delivery and they are exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in the total price at the moment of checkout. Since they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, they are beyond our control.
The delivery of the Products you have purchased will be made by courier specifically appointed to the shipment address indicated by you.
Please indicate a phone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.
You can check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, thanks to the references we will send you via e-mail together with the notification of the shipment.
After a few failed delivery attempts, the goods remain in storage and will be collected at the courier's depot.
Caution: We take great care in the packaging of our products.
In the event that, upon delivery, the package appears damaged or broken, please add the following declaration on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the package (s) with reserve of control because damaged”.
As required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased Product.
1. How to Request a Return
The Customer can initiate a return request by logging into their account on Amazuin.com.
• After logging in, the Customer must create a return request by selecting the relevant order.
• The request will be reviewed by our team, and once approved, the Customer will receive detailed instructions via email to complete the return process.
• Returns will not be accepted unless explicitly authorized by the Seller through our website or via email.
• If you experience any difficulties or require assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@amazuin.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases where the Product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, the shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
3. Final Sale Items
Items labeled as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
4. Shipping and Tracking
The Customer may choose any courier or postal service for the return. However, it is mandatory to use a service that provides tracking to ensure the safe and verifiable delivery of the return to our warehouse.
Once the return request is approved, the Customer has 5 working days from the date of approval (communicated via email or through the SISO system) to:
• Ship the package.
• Provide the Seller with the tracking number of the shipment.
Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the return process.
The Seller is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of goods returned through uninsured shipments.
5. Condition of Returned Items
The returned Product must be:
• Intact, including its hygienic protection, and in its original condition.
• Correctly packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, identification tags, warranty seals, adhesive hygiene protections (for swimsuits), and related documentation.
These elements constitute an integral part of the goods and are a mandatory condition for return.
6. Returns Not Accepted
• Products that do not meet the original conditions, show signs of use, are damaged, dirty, or in a state that prevents resale will not be accepted as a return.
• Returns that have not been explicitly authorized by the Seller through the website or email will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If the return is refused, the Customer will be notified and may reclaim the products in the state in which they were returned, at their own expense.

8. Refund Processing
Once the returned Product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, the Seller will process the refund within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
• The refund will include the price of the Product and the shipping costs incurred at the time of the order.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be processed within a few days depending on the card’s issuing bank. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited directly to the original PayPal account.
Please note that the timing of the refund is subject to banking procedures, which may vary depending on the country and payment method.
Customs duties and taxes for returns from outside the EU will not be refunded.
9. Important Notes
• Customers are advised to retain the tracking number for their return shipment until the receipt of the Product is confirmed by our warehouse.
