The orders placed from Extra-EU countries are subject to the payment of customs duties and taxes to be paid by the customer also for the return.
The delivery of the Products you have purchased will be made by courier specifically appointed to the shipment address indicated by you. Please indicate a phone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.
Delivery takes place approximately within 3/5 working days from the date of the order confirmation.
You can check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, thanks to the references we will send you via e-mail together with the notification of the shipment.
After a few failed delivery attempts, the goods remain in storage and will be collected at the courier's depot.
Caution: We take great care in the packaging of our products.
In the event that, upon delivery, the package appears damaged or broken, please add the following declaration on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the package (s) with reserve of control because damaged”.

As required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the Customer, if he is also a Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the Product for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 working days from receipt of the purchased Product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send the Seller an explicit written communication in this case to AMAZUÌN, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com.
Once the withdrawal notice has been received, the Seller's Customer Service will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods.
Shipping cost for the return are responsibility of the customer.
Return from Extra-UE countries are subject to the payment of customs duty and taxes, that costs are responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Sale items, including items purchased with a discount code or more are not eligible for exchange.
The Customer can choose at his discretion the courier or the postal service with which to make the return. It is mandatory to use a service that also offers the tracking of the goods in order to verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse.
The Seller will not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
The good must be returned intact including its hygienic protection and carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with every accessory and product identification tag.
The Seller, after checking the Product received and approving the return, will refund the price of the Product for which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal and the shipping costs incurred by the Customer at the time of the order (except for the additional costs deriving from its choice of a delivery other than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller), and this within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
If the courier refuses the acceptance with reserve, immediately reject the shipment. In this case please report the rejection to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
